- W2359547863 abstract "Objective To understand serum level of influenza A/H1N1 antibody among healthy population at Financial Street Neighborhood of Beijing after 2009 pandemic of influenza A /H1N1 to provide reference for prevention and control of influenza A /H1N1 in the future. Methods In total,250 healthy people were randomly selected from Financial Street Neighborhood of Beijing for the study,their serum levels of hemoagglutination inhibition antibody against influenza A /H1N1 virus were measured in March to April 2010,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among them. All the data were analyzed with statistical software. Results Sixty-four of 250 healthy people (64 /250) were positive for serum antibody against 2009 influenza A /H1N1 virus,with a positive rate of 25. 6 percent,with no significant difference between males and females (P 0. 05),but with significant difference between vaccine inoculated and non - vaccinated groups (P 0. 05) and between those with flu-likesymptom and those without it (P 0. 05),and with the highest positive rate of 2009 influenza A /H1N1 antibody at 3 ～ 5 years- old (50% ) and 6 ～ 15 years-old (54% ) groups,respectively. Conclusion Serum antibody against 2009 influenza A /H1N1 virus is positive among 25. 6 percent of healthy population at Financial Street Neighborhood in Xicheng district of Beijing surveyed,which has forming an effective immune barrier for influenza A /H1N1,but it may still be needed to strengthen its surveillance,prevention and control." @default.
