- W2359583959 abstract "Objective It is to discuss the curative effect of Shenkang decoction on the pathological models of membranous glomerulonechritis (MG) in rabbits in order to supply basis for treating MG. Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into model control group (Ⅰ), model treatment group (Ⅱ) and normal control group (Ⅲ). The contents of serum Cr and urine protein (UP) of the rabbits in three groups were measured in the second, fourth, sixth and eighth week in experiment. Two rabbits in each group were killed and their kidneys were made section to do immunohistology and pathohistology examination at the fourth, sixth, eighth week in experiment. Results Serum Cr and UP in second, fourth, sixth and eighth week were different between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. Fluorescence intensity of immunohistology examination: group Ⅰ (～), group Ⅱ (+～), group Ⅲ (-). Pathological change degree was serious in group Ⅰ, lower grade in group Ⅱ and normal in group Ⅲ. Conclusion Shenkang decoction can effectively lower the content of serum Cr and UP in rabbits with MG and significantly improve and delay the development of pathology." @default.
