- W2359642760 abstract "Objective:To study clinical efficacy and safety of paroxetine and amitriptyline in the Parkinson's disease(PD) with depression.Methods:Fifty-six PD with depression patients were randomly divided into two groups:paroxetine group of 28 patients(male:21 and female:7;age:58.87±11.85)were treated with paroxetine 20mg/d,po,pd for four weeks.Amitriptyline group of 28 patients(male:23 and female:5;age 53.93±10.36)were treated with amitriptyline 100～150mg/d,po,bid for four weeks.Results:The total clinical effective rates were 92.86% for paroxetine group,89.29% for amitriptyline (P 0.05).The adverse reactions in the paroxetine group were less than that in amitriptyline group.Conclusion:Paroxetine shows same effective and less side-effects in treating PD with depression compared to amitriptyline." @default.
