- W2359696658 abstract "Pb-WC-ZrO_2 composite coatings were prepared with addition of suitable amount of solid particles such as WC and ZrO_2 in lead fluoborate system. The influences of process conditions such as agitation rate, current density and electroplating time on the components, surface morphology and adhesion of the composite coating were studied, and thereby the optimal process conditions are obtained as follows: 20～30 g/L of ZrO_2 in bath, 20～30 g/L of WC in bath, agitation rate of 500～ 600 r/min, current density of 2～3 A/dm2 and plating time of 2 h. The anodic polarization curves of Pb-WC-ZrO_2 composite coatings in ZnSO_4-H_2SO_4 system show that the Pb-WC-ZrO_2 composite coatings can be used as inert anode materials. The electron probe analysis shows that the main components in Pb-WC-ZrO_2 composite coatings are Pb and O,besides some Zr, C and W elements,indicating that there are some ZrO_2 and WC particles in the coatings. The X-ray diffraction shows that among the diffraction peaks, the strongest is related to lead,besides some peaks of WC and ZrO_2." @default.
