- W2359793456 abstract "Objective:To study the effect of rehabilitation exercise and influence on prognosis in patients with acute my- ocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 80 AMI patients divided into two groups:rehabilitation group and con- trol group according voluntary.Control group accepted routine therapy and absolute resting in bed.Rehabilitation group accepted routine therapy but performed early reasonable rehabilitation exercise according strict program.The activities of daily living(ADL)evaluated by Barthel index.Compared the average hospital days,cost,ADL,rate of arrhythmia and AMI recurrence rate in two years between two groups.Results:Compared with control group,the average hospital days,cost and AMI recurrence rate all significantly decreased(P＜0.05 all),the ADL and self-care ability of life increased(P＜0.05 all)in rehabilitation group.The rate of arrhythmia was no significant change be- tween two groups.Conclusion:The early reasonable rehabilitation exercise can increase ADL,decrease hospital days. cost and AMI recurrence rate,improve prognosis in AMI patient." @default.
