- W2360058061 abstract "Ovine Echinococcosis is one of zoonosis which caused by Echinococcus larvae. Echinococcus genetic engineering vaccine was inoculated to 8380 sheep of 6～10 month-old two times in Yili reclamation region of Xijiang, and antibody dynamics of 614 serum samples collected in different time were detected with indirect-ELISA. After 68 weeks vaccination, 30 sheep from vaccinated group and another 30 from control selected randomly were inspected after anatomy. Result shows that the rate of anti-Eg95 antibody is 0 before inoculation and reached to 55.56% after 4th week of first inoculation before booster immunization, the positive rate was more than 97% after 6th-22th week after inoculation; the infective rata of echinococcus cyst was 3.33% in vaccinated sheep and 46% in control. The trial shows that Echinococcus genetic engineering vaccine was safe and effective for protection against sheep Echinococcus granulosus infection." @default.
