- W2360523193 abstract "Objective:To improve a protein quantitative determination method of Huaier granules.Methods:The visible spectrophotographic method was set up.The two concentrations of standard and test solution were changed to make the determination of absorbance to conform the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The sample was prepared through filtering by filter or centrifugalization.The color condition was investigated and the best condition was made.Results:With this color condition,the calibration curve of protein was a good linearity over the range of 40.1μg/mL～200.6μg/mL with r=0.9982.The all absorbance of standard and test solution were within 0.3～0.8,and the test solution needs to be filtered before color.The average recovery from sample was 100.4%,RSD=1.6%(n=6).Conclusion:The improved method can eliminate the interference of insoluble auxiliary and enhance the accuracy and precision of determination,and can be really showed this medicine quality." @default.
