- W2360587632 abstract "Objective: To understand the use of benzodiazepine drugs in psychiatric outpatients in our hospital. Methods: 452 psy- chiatric outpatients were observed,the drug dose,drug name,usage,and time of all benzodiazepine drugs were registered,according to age group respectively. Results: A total of 178 people used the benzodiazepine drugs,accounting for 39. 38% ,female patients used more than male patients,21. 91% of the patients used the drugs in 1 ～ 2 weeks,the utilization was rising according to age of the pa- tients,the most frequently used order was alprazolam ( 32. 58% ) ,estazolam ( 21. 91% ) ,lorazepam ( 21. 35% ) and clonazepam ( 17. 42%) . Conclusion: Our clinic using the benzodiazepine drugs is relatively reasonable,but we should avoid unreasonable use, especially in women and elderly patients." @default.
