- W2360649621 abstract "Objective To explore the new training methods on how to use the existing school teaching resources to teach the vocational medical students inquiry of diagnostics in the difficult probation conditions circumstances.Methods The rural medical students in 2008 and the ones in 2009 from Zhanjiang Chinese Medicine School were taken as the control group and the practice group respectively.The control group was given the general case inquiry teaching,while the practice one was given the new inquiry training for teaching with the help of the school clinic.Research period was from September 2009 to April 2012.During this period,the teaching effect of the two groups was compared through the means such as the visiting students satisfaction survey,interrogation theoretical and practical assessment,question naire survey after practice as well.Results Contrasted to the control group,the practice group had obvious advantages as follows: first,the visiting student satisfaction gradually increased obviously through the contrast before and after the research(P 0.01).The inquiry theory and practical assessment scores were better than those of the control group(P 0.05).Questionnaire survey after practice showed that the practice group could be more adaptable to the changes of clinical work,and communicate with patients more smoothly,and that inquiry skills were recognized greatly.And then most of the students had deep impression on the inquiry teaching,and think highly of the school in their mind,and became more confident in becoming excellent clinicians(P 0.01).Conclusion According to the characteristics of medical students and existing hospital probation conditions,innovate the teaching methods for students to create the practical interrogation environment by using the various favorable conditions in a school in order to help students to gradually adapt to clinical work,and then to better achieve the goal of cultivating the basic medical students." @default.
