- W2360753575 abstract "[Objective]To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of infants with recurrent wheezing clinical curative effect.[Methods]According to the diagnostic criteria for selection of the outpatient department of our hospital,health examination and hospitalized patients have been diagnosed with recurrent wheeze in 150 cases,according to the different methods for treatment were randomly divided into a combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment group(group I),Chinese medicine treatment group(Group II)and Western medicine treatment group(Group),50 cases in each.Each group were given antibiotic resistance to infection and other basic treatment,wherein the group given phentolamine pull Mingjing note(0.5mg / kg ～ 1.0mg / kg,2 / d)+ nebulized budesonide(200μg / time,2 times / d)+ and Jintang oral(100mL,2 / d)treated by Integrative Chinese and Western medicine;II group only received its and Jintang oral Chinese medicine treatment(100mL,2 / d);group 3 given phentolamine pull Mingjing note(0.5mg / kg ～ 1.0mg / kg,2 / d)+ nebulized budesonide(200ug / time,2 times / d)of the pure western medicine treatment,observation the 3 groups during the follow-up 12 weeks of clinical symptoms,signs and radiographic examination performance,eosinophil counts,plasma immunoglobulin IgE and laboratory examination indexes.[Results]The comparison group,the clinical symptoms and signs,X-ray examination,counts of eosinophils,plasma immunoglobulin IgE and laboratory examination indexes before and after treatment is significantly better than the other 2 groups to improve the situation,course of disease remission time shortest;I treatment group total effective rate was 92.00%,significantly better than II group 72.00% and group 70.00%.Clinical efficacy of group were significantly better than those of group II and III group.Results there were significant difference in each group.[Conclusion]The recurrent wheezing in children with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,compared with the pure western medicine or TCM therapy more effective improvement in clinical symptoms and signs,worthy of clinical application." @default.
