- W2360888764 abstract "A fungous strain degrading phenanthrene is isolated and screened from the activated sludge fetched from the biological treatment unit of coking wastewater.The strain is initially identified with the results of morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis.The biodegradation characteristics of phenanthrene by the strain are investigated.Results show that the strain can grow on medium containing phenanthrene as sole carbon source.The strain whose hypha appears branch-shape and white is initially identified as Fusarium solani with the results.The strain Fusarium solani is aerophile fungus.The added fungus Fusarium solani concentration,the initial concentration of phenanthrene and the concentration of H2O2 have obviously effects on the degradation efficiency.The optimum biodegradation conditions of phenanthrene by strain Fusarium solani are as follows: the fungus concentration is 8%～10%,pH is 6.0～8.0 and H2O2 concentration is 70 mg/L.Under these conditions,the degradation efficiency of phenanthrene in triangle flask in shaking bed with the rotation speed 120 r/min and water temperature 30℃ can be reached to more than 86.7% for the phenanthrene solution with the initial concentration of 40 mg/L." @default.
