- W2361037627 abstract "Idiosyncratic Human Capital is a particular group in enterprise human resources,which sets up the foundation of condition an enterprise acquiring and maintaining the superiorities in the market.Senior managers as well as senior technical staff undertake major responsibility for enhancing technological and institutional changes,and improve the occupation in the market,while entrepreneurs with the function of innovation decide the fate of the modern enterprises.The distinctive competences owned by the idiosyncratic human capital are relatively specific,implicit,sticky and information asymmetry,which lead to the information incompletion in the agent market,and result in employment contract and imperfection further.As a result,the potential of idiosyncratic human capital can only be fully tapped in use.On the basis of this understanding,the enterprise needs to establish an effective talent allocation system to develop and motivate these talents.This paper firstly analyzes the experience feature of idiosyncratic human capital,and then simulates a process in which the degree of competency-position fit is raising while information flows as time goes on.Finally this paper establishes a dynamic incentive mechanism to construct a set of flexible administration and optimization in the operational practice of idiosyncratic human capital." @default.
