- W2361100229 abstract "[Objective]To discuss the feasibility in the clinical of low-dose Multi-slice Spiral CT (MSCT) in screening for early lung cancer.[Methods]210 physical examinees (group physical examination or individual request physical examination actively)with perennial smoking habit or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were observed,which average age was 48 (43～57) years old. GELightSpeed Ultra MSCT was adopted,which with parameters of spiral scan mode,120kV,50mA,pitch 1.35 ∶1,27 mm/r,reconstruction thickness 2.5 mm,interval 2.5 mm,reconstruction algorithm,scanning time 12~15 s,lung window-600 HU,window width 1500 HU. The film mode of Multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) was adopted to observe,and the images stored in DVD disc. Examination cost was 200 RMB.[Results]32 cases of non-calcified nodules were detected,in which 2 cases were in stage I.[Conclusion]Low-dose MSCT was feasible in screening for early lung cancer,not only in safe dose and detected-quality,but also in cost and expense." @default.
