- W2361292105 abstract "OBJECTIVE To observe the reversal effect of Verapamil(Vrp) combined with heating and Adriamycin(Adm) on multidrug-resistant breast cancer cell line MCF-7/Adm.METHODS At different temperatures(37℃-43℃),the multidrug resistant,breast cancer cell line MCF-7/Adm was treated with 3 μg·ml~(-1)Adm;combined with 0～5 μmol·L~(-1) Vrp for 30 minutes,respectively.Confocal microscopy demonstrated predominantly nuclear Adriamycin fluorescence intensity,and the apoptosis rate was analysed with flow cytometry after treated with Vrp of different concentrations combined with 3 μg·ml~(-1)Adm at different temperatures.RESULTS Sensitivity of MCF-7/Adm to Adm was significantly lower than that of MCF-7.The nuclear Adriamycin fluorescence intensity and the apoptosis rate of MCF-7 were higher than that of MCF-7/Adm.The sensitivity of MCF-7/Adm to Adm increased after the treatment of Vrp combined with heating.CONCLUSION Vrp combined with heating could reverse the multidrug resistance efficiently." @default.
