- W2361382012 abstract "Objective: Study the properties of thermophilic protease from Geobacillus stearothermophilus CHB1.Method:Using protease activity as the main index to research the influence of temperature, pH, inoculum percent and bottling volume in protease producing.Result: The experimental results indicated that the optimal protease production conditions were:40ml for bottling volume, pH8.0, 5% for inoculum percent, 58℃ for culture temperature, 180r/min for rotate speed and 36～44h for culture time,Tween-80 inhibited the production of protease. Conclusion: The protease activity could raise 48 U/mL . And it was found that the protease activity resulted from the newly formulated fermentation technique was two to twelve times greater than that from the most Thermophiles. This study would be help to reveal the action mechanism of CHB1 in composting, and improve the composting effectiveness." @default.
