- W2361610674 abstract "Objective:The aim of this study is to determine whether blister fluid could provide an alternative or more sensitive medium to sera for detecting anti BMZ autoantibodies in the diagnosis of sub epidermal immunobullous disease.Method:The IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE,and IgG subgroups IgG 1～IgG 4 anti BMZ autoantibodies and complemen C 3 fixing autoantibody in blister fluid and sera of 38 patients with sub epidermal immunobullous disease were detected on intact and salt split skin by indirect immunofluorscence.Result:(1)There was no significant difference in anti BMZ autoantibodies and their titre and complement C 3 fixing autoantibody between the blister flkuid and sera.(2)The distribution of IgG subgroups was identical,IgG 1 and IgG 4 were the predominant IgG subgroups in blister fluid and sera.Conclusion:Blister fluid can be used as an alternative medium to sera for indirect immunofluorescence in subepidermal immunobullous diseases." @default.
