- W2361643574 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium(GM1)injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. METHODS:A multicenter,randomized controlled,double-blind,parallel-group trail was conducted in 129 patients. They were randomly divided into trial group(n=64)and control group(n=65). 2 groups were giv- en domestic GM1 injection 100 mg intravenously or foreign GM1 injection 100 mg intravenously for 14 days. RESULTS:The NIHSS score and Barthel score in both groups before and after treatment showed significant differences(P0.05);the difference of NIHSS score and Barthel score between two groups showed no statistical significance(P0.05). 3 ADR cases of trial group main- ly manifested as erythra and infusion reaction. The symptoms of 3 ADR cases were not severe and recovered automatically after 2～ 3 days without any disposal. No ADR was found in control group. CONCLUSION:The domestic GM1 injection is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infraction." @default.
