- W2361933704 abstract "Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of community health service(CHS) personnel in Tanggu of Tianjing,explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction,in order to provide a basis for improving the job satisfaction of CHS personnel.Methods The personnel from 5 CHS institutions were enrolled as the subjects,job satisfaction questionnaire was conducted to investigate the basic conditions,job satisfaction and general satisfaction of CHS personnel.Results The scores of 6 factors related to the job of CHS personnel and the average general satisfaction were 2.69 for leadership and management,2.69 training and promotion,3.96 for interpersonal relationship,2.93 for working condition,3.02 for pay and welfare,3.19 for job,and 3.20 for total.Job satisfaction among CHS personnel in Tanggu district was in middle level.Conclusion The job satisfaction of CHS personnel in Tanggu is influenced by intricate factors,and the job satisfaction of CHS personnel remains to be further improved.It is necessary to further raise the income,rich the work content,optimize the working conditions,and provide equitable chance for promotion so as to raise the degree of job satisfaction persistently." @default.
