- W2361984593 abstract "Trypsin was immobilized by being adsorbed, linked to chitosan with glutaraldehyde.Effects of deacetylation degree of chitosan, concentration of linking agent, amount of emzyme on activity of immobilized trypsin, characteristics of immobilized trypsin are studied. The results indicate that, (1) The optimum conditions for immobilization are that 0.2 g chitosan (deacetylation degree was 88%) interconnected with 2 mL 5% glutaraldehyde, the amount of trypsin is 8 mg. (2) The optimum temperature of immobilized trypsin is 70℃, and that of natural trypsin is 45 ℃. (3) The optimum pH of immobilized trypsin is 7.0, and that of natural trypsin is 8.0. (4)Apparent Michealis constant of immobilized trypsin K'm equals to 0.24%, and that of natural trypsin K'm equals to 1.16%. (5)The stability of immobilized trypsin to temperature is much greater than that of natural trypsin. (6)The operation half-life of immobilized trypsin is 41 days in room temperature." @default.
