- W2361992304 abstract "In order to improve the production of avilamycin by Streptomyces viridoehrongenes N-0104 strain,the fermentation parameters in fermenter were optimized by grading controlling the temperature and pH combining with orthogonal experiment.After optimization,the fermentation parameters were as follow: the temperature in growth period was 28 ℃ and in production period was 25 ℃,while the pH of the medium after elimination was about 7.1 and in production period was controlled to be about 7.5.Under these fermentation parameters,the production of avilamycin was 1 087.40 mg/L after fermenting 10 d,which was up to 47.89% from the original 735.27 mg/L.These results indicated grading controlling the fermentation parameters in fermenter for avilamycin could effectively improve the production of avilamycin." @default.
