- W2362071474 abstract "Objective To study the clincal value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI) in diagnosis of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods The study included 38 CAD patients(CAD group) confirmed by coronary angiography(CAG),and 30 normal subjects(normal group) from body-check.Using QTVI,the dynamic images of apical 2-and 4-chamber and long axis views were taken.The velocity and interval were drawn into a QTVI curve in 6 points at middle segments of left ventricul all wall of CAD group and normal group,the velocity indexes systolic velocity(Vs),early diastole velocity(Ve) and later diastole velocity(Va),the time indexes isovolumetric contraction time(ICT),isovolumetric relaxation time(IRT),the times to systolic velocity peak(Ts) and to early diastole velocity peak(Te) were measured.Results The peaks of Vs and Ve in middle segments of stenosis coronary confirmed by CAG in CAD group were both significantly lower than those in normal group(P0.05 or 0.01).The time of IRT,ICT and Ts in middle segments of stenosis coronary confirmed by CAG in CAD group were significantly longer than those in normal group(P0.05 or 0.01).Vs and Ve of the ischemia or infarction segments were negatively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis(P0.05 or 0.01).ICT and IRT of the ischemia or infarction segments and the degree of coronary artery stenosis were positively correlated(P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Using non-invasive and real-time QTVI,the stenosis of the corresponding coronary artery can be supposed by measuring the motion speed and time of left ventricular region myocardium.It may serve as a preliminary screening method for patients who need CAG." @default.
