- W2362254305 abstract "Objective:To establish a gas chromatography(GC) method for the analysis of lactic acid in human root surface caries.Methods:Samples of root surface caries were homogenized in 25g/L metaphosphoric acid solution for 5 hours and then centrifuged at 10 000 r/min for 10 minutes at 4℃,excessive periodic acid was added into the supernatant and the mixture was injected directly into the injector. GC with GDX 101 separated the samples for a quantitative analysis of lactate acid.The column size was 2 000?mm×3mm,the column temperature 140℃,the injector temperature 150℃,and the flame ionixation detector temperature 160℃.Results:The linear regression equation was h=0.9626+3.5412w,r=0.9991. Recovery rate was 99.93%～100.06%,and CV 0.22%～0.23%.The GC diagram showed that lactate acid of internal standard and that of root surface caries had good separation.Conclusion:The established gas chromatography method is simple,rapid,accurate,and useful for qualitative and quantitative analyses of lactate acid in root surface caries." @default.
