- W2362484684 abstract "Objective:To Bunge leaf to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids and preliminary qualitative analysis. Methods:We studied the effects of extraction temperature,ethanol concentration,time,ratio of material to liquid and other factors on extract of flavonoids in Bunge leaves and used the orthogonal test to optimize the results of analysis of variance,making preliminary qualitative analysis of flavonoids in Bunge leaves by using the method of color reaction.Results:The best single factor to determine the level of orthogonal experiment to determine the ethanol extraction agent for the optimum extraction conditions are as follows:60% volume fraction of ethanol,feed liquid ratio 1:22,temperature 80℃,extraction time 1h.Conclusion:Bunge leaf rich in flavonoids,color reaction test and a preliminary indication of UV spectra,the main ingredients of alcohols and dihydro flavonoid flavonoids." @default.
