- W2362508718 abstract "Objective:To explore the clinical value of cerebral blood flow perfusion image and MR PWI in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases by comparing the positive rate of the two methods in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were chosen as objects. All patients were divided into two groups.43 patients with single-side vessels involed were in group 1 and 35 patients with both-sides vessels involed were in group 2.We compared the results of patient in two groups who underwent cerebral blood flow perfusion image and PWI.To compare the positive rate of the two methods. Results:The positive rate of cerebral blood flow perfusion image and PWI were 91.03% and 76.92%(P=0.016)respectively in 78 patients and there were significant difference among them. The positive rate of cerebral blood flow perfusion image and PWI were 88.37% and 79.07% respectively in 43 patients with single-side vessels involved. The comparison of brain cerebral flow perfusion image and PWI showed that there were no significant difference(P=0.243).The positive rate of cerebral blood flow perfusion image or PWI in 35 patients with both-sides vessels involved were 94.29%,74.29% respectively and there were significant difference among them(P=0.022).When we combined cerebral blood flow perfusion image with PWI,the positive rate were 98.72%.The comparison of cerebral blood flow perfusion image and PWI with the result showed that there were significant difference(P=0.029;P=0.001).Conclusion:Cerebral blood flow perfusion image was as sensitive as PWI in correctly diagnosing cerebrovascular disease in 43 patients with single-sides vessels involved and was more sensitive than PWI in 35 patients with both-sides vessels involved.Cerebral blood flow perfusion image was sensitive in diagnosing ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in 78 patients.Combining the two methods, the positive rate can be raised." @default.
