- W2362774912 abstract "Objective:To investigate of proadrenomedullin N terminal 20 peptide(PAMP)levels in the plasma of the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Plasma levels of PAMP were determined in 22 patients with unstable angina (UA group)and 14 patients with stable angina(SA)and 12 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)by RIA,and data were compared with 20 patients in control group.Coronary angiography was performed in all patients.Results:The concentration of PAMP in SA,UA,and AMI was 20.34±3.41,27.46±2.54,32.12±3.63ng/L.There was remarkable statistic difference in UA and AMI groups compared with control group(P＜0.01).The concentration of PAMP in mono-ramus affection,ambo-ramus affection, tri-ramus affection was 30.54±1.98,30.54±1.98,21.80±3.54ng/L.PAMP were higher in patients with mono and ambo-ramus affection than the control group(P＜0.01).There was no correlation between the pathologic coronaries number and PAMP. Conclusion:The results demomtrated that plasma levels of PAMP were obviously higher in patients with UA and AMI.It may relate to the stability of coronary artery atheromatous plaque,which may contribute to the danger delamination of GHD,evaluation of coronary artery severity degree and prognosis." @default.
