- W2362841416 abstract "Objective: To compare the effects of photorefrective keratectomy (PRK) and keratomileusis (LASIK) in situ for the correction of low, moderate and high myopia.Methods:The follow up for more than half a year of 116 myopia eyes ( 0.75 D～13.00 D) after PRK and 113 myopia eyes( 1.00 D～ 17.00 D) after LASIK was analyzed.Patients were divided into three groups: group Ⅰ( 0.75 D～ 13.00 D) group Ⅱ( 3.00 D～ 6.00 D) group Ⅲ( 6.00 D). Results:The rates of postoperative visual acuity were 100% in group Ⅰ,99.1% in group Ⅱ and 88% in group Ⅲ.While in LASIK,100% in group Ⅰ,88.24% in group Ⅱ and,93.55% in group Ⅲ. The mean spherical equiualent changes of PRK were 0.25 D in group Ⅰ,+0.14 D in group Ⅱ, and +0.79 D in group Ⅲ. While in LASIK,0.00D in gruop Ⅰ,+0.25D in group Ⅱ, and 0.04 D in group Ⅲ.Conclusion:PRK for low and moderate myopia is effective while LASIK for low,moderate and high myopia is more effective." @default.
