- W2362865406 abstract "Based on the questionnaire about the remuneration for 1 294 engineering/technical personnel in Tianjin City,a logistic regression analysis of remunerative factors was made to analyze how they get satisfaction from the two factors named as living expenses/welfare benefits and incentive,and the T-test results revealed the discrepancy between different groups of them who need different incentive factors in remuneration.According to the functions provided by different factors of remuneration,a pyramid-like scheme was therefore designed,where the remuneration is divided into three parts,i.e.,paid directly by the organization as the bottom for living expenses/welfare benefits,paid by the organization through negation with technical personnel as participants and paid according to personnel's self-determining and self-selecting incentive as the top." @default.
