- W2362874596 abstract "Objective: To study the fibrinolytic effects of activity of nattokinase (NK) in different natto strains in vitro and in vivo. Methods: Activity of NK was measured by clot liquefaction time (CLT). The model of carotid thrombosis was induced by 20% FeCl 3 stimulation. 18 rabbits were divided into 3 groups : high, low NK dose (4 500 U/kg, 2 500 U/kg respectively) groups and 0.9% NaCl control group. All were injected through duodenum. Results: The activity of NK made from submerged fermentation by B.N.12 was 338 U/ml while that from solid fermentation was 296 U/g, and that by B.N.10 was 272 U/ml and 346 U/g, respectively. After treatment in vitro 10,22 h later by NK from submerged fermentation of B.N.12, the blood clot was significantly dissolved 78.23%?98.16% respectively, but that of control group was 21.43%?23.91% respectively. The experiment in vivo indicated that high dose group could significantly prolong CT?PT?TT?APTT (P0.01,P0.05), reduce ELT(P0.01), decrease the content of FIG (P0.05), increase the content of FDP (P0.05), the venous thrombus in lung and kidney was dissolved totally or partly as observed by pathological section . The low dose group could reduce ELT (P0.05),prolong TT (P0.05), increase the content of FDP (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in CT?PT?APTT and FIG compared with control group and with that before injection. D dimer of all experimental groups was positive. Conclusion: Both thrombolytic effects of NK in vitro and in vivo were significant. One of the mechanisms may be associated with enhancing fibrinolysis and anticoagulation activity.spectively.Aftertreatmentin vitro1 0 ,2" @default.
