- W2362942156 abstract "Objective To research the therapeutic and preventive effect of high-oxygen medical solution and its safety on hypotonic hypoxia of high-positioned peridural anesthesia.Methods 100 cases with thoracic wall operation were randomly divided into the treatment group of high-oxygen solution(group A) and the treatment group of the same dose of ECF(group B). The thoracic wall operations in both groups were finished under the condition of high-positioned peridural anesthesia and the transfusion speed in the 1st hour after coming into the operating room was 10ml/(Kg·h);and then it was 6 ml/(Kg·h);high-oxygen Medical Solution was given to the group A while Ringer’s solution was given to the group B;when SPO 2 was less than 95 % in patients of both groups,face-masked oxygen supply should be carried out with 3～5 L/min ;one ml of arterial blood was collected for blood gas analysis at the 30th,60th and 90th mins before and after anesthesia and at 5th hour after disappearance of anesthesia level and meanwhile the vital signs and adverse reaction during operation should be observed.Results All the indexes of blood gas in both groups at different time points varied within the normal range and there was no difference by comparison between groups and within group(P0.05),During the operation,there was no face-masked oxygen supply for the cases in group A while all the cases in group B had face-masked oxygen supply;there was no significant difference in all indexes of vital signs at different time points in group A (P0.05) and in group B there was fast respiratory rate in the early stage after operation and there was significant difference(P 0.05 ) by comparison with pre-anesthesia and group A;there were no adverse reactions such as shiver,dysphoria,headache,allergic reaction and air embolus during operation in both groups.Conclusion High-oxygen medical solution is a completely new oxygen-supply method for hypoxia caused by high-positioned peridural anesthesia and it is characterized by convenient use,safety and therapeutic effect." @default.
