- W2363093984 abstract "Detected by the use of a reductive enayme assay, Nitric oxide (NO) in sera of goats artificially infected with Fasciola hepatica was significantly changed than that of the control group in post infection (PI), NO level reached peak at 7～8 th wk PI ( P0.01, P 0.05), and then kept higher from 9 th wk in infected group than in the control group. IgG was detected by Indirect ELISA in 2 nd wk PI early ( P 0.01), and it was higher than thaat in the control group from the 4 th wk PI. Peak appeared in 8～9 th wk PI. The statistic analyses showed NO and IgG had an corelationship in infected group (r=0.511, P 0.05 ), no difference in control group (r=0.25, P 0.05). EOS rose higher from 2 nd wk in PI ( P 0.01), and reached peak in 8 th wk PI. These showed the changes of NO, IgG and EOS were basal consistence and positive corelationship, and kept the relation with flukes moviation and development. The results suggest NO, IgG and EOS might work together during the course of Fasciola hepatica infecting goats." @default.
