- W2363187027 abstract "Objective To screen the infection status of human papilloma virus(HPV) of women in Wuhu Area;To evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of Thinprep cytologic test(TCT) and the classification of human papilloma virus for screening of cervical lesions.Methods 823 women who atending our hospital and medical center from November 2009 to May 2010 were diagnosed by HPV genotyping and TCT.The effectiveness of the combination of TCT and the classification of human papilloma virus for screening of cervical lesions were evaluated by the histopathological diagnosis as the gold standard.Results HPV infections were detected in 253(including 60 cases of mixed infections) in 823 women.Infection rate was 30.74%.HPV 16 was the most common type and the second were HPV 52 type and HPV 68 type.167 patients underwent colposcopic biopsy and the pathological diagnosis was that normal or inflammation in 92 patients,CIN Ⅰ 6 cases,CIN Ⅱ～CIN Ⅲ 47 cases and invasive cervical cancer 22 cases.Conclusion Cervical HPV infection in Wuhu women is mainly HPV 16,52,68 type.HPV typing testing combined TCT can improve the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions." @default.
