- W2363267972 abstract "Objective To get the extract of antibacterial active situs in Elaeagnus macrophylla Thunb.,and to study the antibacterial effects of active situs. Methods Elaeagnus macrophylla Thunb.leaves were treated with ethanol extraction,then extracted by using petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and butyl alcohol.The Antibacterial effects of each extract were investigated by filter paper method and plate method. Results The results showed that the butyl alcohol extract and the ethyl acetate extract exhibits strong extracorporeal antimicrobial effects on the five common pathogenic bacteria of respiratory tract(Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aennosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii).The minimal inhibitory concentration was 0.357～1.429 mg/ml. Conclusion The butyl alcohol extract and the ethyl acetate extract exhibited strong extracorporeal antimicrobial effects on the broad-spectrum bacteria.The antibacterial effects of the ethyl acetate extract of Elaeagnus macrophylla Thunb.Leaves is more significant." @default.
