- W2363290601 abstract "Objective To study the work and life situation of contract recruitment medical staffs in transformation of enterprise hospital,discusses how to strengthen the management of this special group,in order to promote the hospital medical care quality and service quality.Methods Contract medical staffs from July 2011 to June 2012 were investigated.Then 3 aspects of stress,satisfaction self evaluation status,concern were chosen,and evaluation results were analyzed statistically.Results The overall working and living conditions of employed medical personnel in transformation of enterprise hospital were good,there were also some problems and puzzles.Conclusion Targeted solving employment contract medical staffs and reasonable demand in aspects of humanized management,reasonable allocation of human resources,scientific career planning,improvement of salary and welfare,standardized training system solution,can effectively arouse employed medical staffs work enthusiasm,and ultimately realize hospital comprehensive goals and personal goals." @default.
