- W2363324382 abstract "With the social development,population-based community has become the main trend of community development,such as transformation of the old city,suburban expansion,real estate market,inflow of rural migrants having become a recurrent phenomenon.So,how to adapt to the new demographic characteristics,the reconstruction of community-based organizations,and community reconstruction? This is a top priority of community construction.However,scholars have studied little.This article first groups population-based communities into categories,and then selects a commercial district in Shanghai as a case,to explore one of the categories of the reconstruction of community-based organizations.The results show that the population-based is the problems faced by community development,and community development is also an opportunity,especially for the development of community autonomy.Therefore,the current community building movement must seize the opportunity of the population-based and the reconstruction of organizations as the breakthrough point and main contents to do a good job of community building." @default.
