- W2363362020 abstract "Objective: To establish the animal models of neurolytic celiac plexus block through posterior-lateral approach with anhydrous alcohol in rat in vivo.Methods: Twenty male healthy Wistar rats weighing 180～220 g were randomly divided into two groups(A、B),(n=10 each).The coelial plexus of rats in group A was injected with methylene blue 0.1 ml each side,all rats were killed at once.The rats in group B was injected with anhydrous alcohol 0.1 ml each side,and were killed 72 hours later.Visceral injury,bleeding,hematoma, methylene blue location and extent,the change of anatomic structure of abdominal cavitas and retroperitoneal space were observed by microscopy.Neurolytic celiac were harvested for histological assessment by light microscope.Results: There was blue-stain in retroperitoneal spcace without any visceral injury,bleeding and hematoma,and without blue-stain in belly cavity in group A.No visceral injury,bleeding or hematoma,connective tissue saponification,adhension and unclear anatomic structure were observed around the kidney and abdominal preaortic in group B.The ganglion was seen in every tissue section.Normal gangliocyte structure was observed in group A.Vacuolar degeneration or cytonecrosis was observed in part or most of gangliocyte in group B.Conclusions: The way of established neurolytic celiac plexus block models through posterior-lateral approach with anhydrous alcohol in rat in vivo was operable,feasible and effective." @default.
