- W2363540606 abstract "By taking self-made big monomer(PA),methypropylene sulfonic acid sodium(MAS),methylacrylic acid(MAA)and initiator ammonium persulfate(PSAM)as materials,we synthesize Polycarboxylic superplasticizer(PC)in the water-soluble fluid through radical copolymerization.PC-doped of fluidity of cement paste is to be determined.The obtained synthesis craft optimization condition is as:Molar ratio of PA∶MAA∶MAS is 1∶5∶1,PSAM is 7% of three monomer total quality,the chemical reaction temperature is 75 ℃,the chemical reaction time is 3.5 hours,the chemistry reactant density is 20%～30%,the chemical reaction system pH value is 4.5.In this condition,dispersion of the product is the best,by analyzing synthetic PC IR spectrum got by technological parametric optimization,the result shows that PC is an ideal superplasticizer containing sulfonic acid,carboxyl and ether." @default.
