- W2363563670 abstract "Objective To study the efficacy and safety of conventional drug treatment of parkinson's disease(PD) while adding pramipexole clinical.Methods 86 PD patients,as research subjects,were Hoehn-Yahr Ⅱ～Ⅲ grade,and receiving levodopa therapy,42 cases as study group,pramipexole treatment was added,the first medication dose of 0.125mg/time,2 times/d,1 week after increasing the dose according to the disease after 4 weeks to 0.75mg/d,maintained for 8 weeks;control group 44 cases,no add pramipexole.Before and after treatment with PD Rating Scale(UPDRS) assessment of the efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The UPDRS scores after treatment were significantly decreased,and the study group after treatment UPDRS score lower than the control group(P0.05).Two groups of patients during treatment no serious adverse events(P0.05).Conclusion The application of L-dopa treatment of Parkinson's patients on the basis of adding pramipexole treatment can effectively alleviate the symptoms of the disease,improve patient quality of life." @default.
