- W2363644891 abstract "Objective To explore the changes of erythrocyte immune function in the normal different aged children.Methods One hundred and twenty healthy children aged from 0 to 14 years were selected at random and divided into four groups (0～28 d,～3 years,～7 years,and～14 years).Their finger tittle blood samples were collected and the adherence rate of complement 3b-receptor on the surface of red blood cell (RC3bR),the immune complex adherence rate of RBC (RICR) and the adherece rate of tumor cell and RBC (TRR) were checked with Guo′s method.At the same time,30 healthy adults were chosen as control group.The materials obtained in laboratory were shown by ±s,and t-test was performed according to statistic method.Results There were no differences in RC3bR,RICR and TRR between the adult and different aged groups (P0.05),no difference between boys and girls in children (P0.05),and there was a same result in newborn and adult.Conclusion The indexes of the newborn on erythrocyte immune function,for example,RC3bR,RICR and TRR,have come to the level of adult′s ones when he or she was newly born;there are no marked differences among various-aged groups;the indexes can be used as an item of routine examination for infants and children to prevent the immune complex disease." @default.
