- W2363754346 abstract "Objective:To establish RP-HPLC method for the determination of ardisic acid B in anti-inflammation in anti- inflammation oral liquid.Methods:Shim-pack VP-ODS column was used as analytical column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water-orthophosphoric(5:8:87:0.2) with 275 nm as detection wavelength.The oral liquid,its samples was an- alyzed after being dealed with macroporous adsorptive resins.Results:Ardisic acid B showed a linearity at the range of 8～80μg·ml~(-1),A=3.904×10~4C-7.583×10~3,r=0.9999,the average recovery was 98.63%.Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid,can be used to determine ardisic acid B in anti-inflammation oral liquid accuratly." @default.
