- W2364162823 abstract "Effects of chilling and gibberellin,uniconazole,chlormequat chloride on release dormancy and flowering regulation of Lilium pumilum were studied by bulbs of tissue culture and rapid propagation( Lilium pumilum),which were refrigerated for 15,30,45 and 60 days at 4℃,and for 45 days at combined treatment with 200 mg / L gibberellin、20 mg / L uniconazole、800 mg / L chlormequat chloride. The results showed that the longer refrigerating,the shorter times of the bulb dormancy required. The bulbs of Lilium pumilum treated with gibberellin could accelerate the bulbs to release dormancy,bloom earlier,but the bulbs of Lilium pumilum treated with uniconazole、chlormequat chloride could slow down the bulbs to release dormancy and delay squaring stage and bloom." @default.
