- W2364207313 abstract "High temperature and high pressure corrosion behavior of 16Mn steel in NACE(5wt%NaCl+0.5wt%CH_3COOH) solution containing CO_2 or CO_2+H_2S were investigated using an autoclave.The corrosion rate was measured using mass-loss method.The corrosion products were examined by means of SEM,XRD and EPMA.The results indicate that the main corrosion product in NACE solution containing CO_2 is Fe_3C and the corrosion product in NACE solution containing CO_2+H_2S mainly contains FeS.At 60℃,in NACE solution containing CO_2+H_2S,FeCO_3 is found and the corrosion character mainly appears to be pitting corrosion induced by CO_2 corrosion.But at 90℃～120℃,H_2S corrosion prevails.The blistering,stepwise cracking in CO_2+H_2S corrosion is the result of synergetic action of CO_2 and H_2S.Meanwhile the existence of CO_2 increases the sensitivity of H_2S corrosion and the temperature of hydrogen damage." @default.
