- W2364220424 abstract "Objective To explore the effect of rosmarinic acid on micronucleus rate in polychromatic erythrocytes of murine bone marrow cells after irradiated with 60 Co γ rays.Methods The micronucleus rate in polychromatic erythrocytes of bone marrow cells was counted.C57BL / 6J mice were irradiated with 1-3 Gy 60 Co γ ray and the micronucleus rate in polychro-matic erythrocytes of bone marrow cells was counted at the 24th hour after radiation to select appropriate exposure dose;C57BL / 6J mice were irradiated with 2Gy γ ray,and the micronucleus rate in polychromatic erythrocytes of bone marrow cells was counted at different time after radiation to select time after radiation;C57BL / 6J mice were irradiated with 2 Gy γ ray after treated with rosmarinic acid,and the micronucleus rate was counted at 24 h after radiation to evaluate the dose-response and time-response of rosmarinic acid.Results We selected 2 Gy γ ray at 24 h after radiation to count the micronucleus rate in polychromatic ery-throcytes of bone marrow cells.Radiation-induced micronucleus rate in polychromatic erythrocytes of bone marrow cells(23.65‰) was significantly reduced by rosmarinic acid at 100 mg/kg for 7 consecutive times(6.50‰).Conclusion Rosmarinic acid could protect γ rays induced micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes of murine bone marrow cells." @default.
