- W2364303709 abstract "Objective To establish an index that divided the degree line about rat invasion strong or weak and use it on the rat monitoring,put out the control strength and scopes according to the strong or weak index assurance.Methods Investigating the certain quantity units indoor by rat muck for the standard that judgment had or had no harass.Analysing the trend of frequency distribution,building up the index value scope of classification rat dgree and putting it in field to test.On this foundation,by the bait method(peanut and fried cake) using in the unit,building up standard about the degree of density with food consume degree.Results The rate of rat muck positive range distribution were 2%~≥60% at 142 positive unit and were 24.6% average;but the dispersion was big.Three grade and index were established by rat muck;0～10% was light,10%～40% was middle and ≥40% was heavy,using this standard in 47 units,the result was suitable.The rate of consume peanut was higher than fried cake,χ~(2)=5.76,P≤0.05.Between the rat violation strong or weak and the rate of consume peanut had high rank correlation significant(r_(s)=0.896 8,r_(s)r_(s)0.01,P≤0.01).Three grade and index were established by the rate of consume peanut,0～10% was light,10%～30% was middle and ≥30% was heavy.Conclusion On the investigation and test foundation,it was necessary to build a standard about the degree of density with food consume degree and rat muck.It was an imagination for rat monitoring in Shanghai." @default.
