- W2364306504 abstract "The purpose of this study was to investigate overweight,obesity and lifestyle among people aged 20～69 in Henan province,and analyze the reason in order to provide theoretical basis of concerning department to fitness and making relevant policy for mass sports.Method:5770 people aged 20～69 from three regions of Henan province are as research subjects.The statistical software is SPSS.The result shows that the coefficient of physical fitness fail is found on aged 30～34 and 50～54 of male,and aged 40～44 and 55～59 of female;BMI increased with age,and the male's is higher than the female's.The obese and overweight people of male focused on aged 35～54,and female increased significantly from 40 years old.The people of overweight and obesity is significantly more than in 2005.In addition to time of sleeping,times of eating out every week decreased with age increased,pressure sense of the men and women there was no significant difference(P0.05),the others exist significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion:it should strengthen publicity and education to the people of poor physical fitness,overweight and obesity,but also as the focus of physical exercise intervention measures to strengthen the moderate physical activity and reduce sedentary activities to prevent the occurrence of the disease." @default.
