- W2364360524 abstract "In an acetate buffer solution of pH 5.5, Cu(Ⅱ) reacts with 2-(3-carboxy-2,4,5-triazolylazo)-5-acetamidophenol (CTZAAP) to form a stable red colored complex (λ~(CuR)_(max)=561.2nm) with a mole ratio of Cu∶CTZAAP=1∶1. The apparent molar absorptivity of this complex is 2.16×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1). Beer′s law holds in the range of 0～1.0μg per ml of solution. In its application to the determination of microamounts of copper in rice and environmental water samples, consistent results were obtained in checking with the AAS method. RSD′s obtained were less than 1% and recoveries obtained were in the range 100.3%～102.0%." @default.
