- W2364360635 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Sophora alopecuroides.METHODS:TLC and HPLC methods were used for qualitative identification and quantitative determination of sophridine and oxymatrine.RESULTS:TLC spots of sophridine and oxymatrine were same to that of S.alopecuroides in terms of color and site;the method was specific and TLC spots were well-separated.The linear ranges of sophridine and oxymatrine were 34.82～174.10 μg(r=0.999 7) and 71.74～358.70 μg(r=0.999 1),and the average recoveries was 95.8%(RSD=3.9%,n=6) and 96.8%(RSD=3.3%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The standard could be used for quality control of S.alopecuroides." @default.
