- W2364369525 abstract "Sensitive algae had four characteristics of big temperature differences, fast time, many poisons, and low dose responding to acute toxicity when they were used as test materials in algae infrared radiation. How to determine sensitive algae was a key of establishing the method of algae infrared radiation. This paper explored the method of determining sensitive algae. Results showed that, in 8 species of algae responding to 10 kinds of heavy metals, toxic organic materials, and pesticide, the average values of absolute average maximum difference in temperature(AVAMD) of Fragilaria brevistriata, Selenastrum capricornutum, Euglena gracilis, and Anabaena flos-aquae were 0.21℃ , 0.27℃ , 0.19 ~0.20℃ , and 0.20℃, respectively, and were 0.07℃, 0.15℃, 0.07℃, and 0.08℃ more than the average values of AVAMD of all algae, respectively;the average response time of 4 species of algae was 1.5 ~7.0min, and the percent of them responding better to the chemical reagents was ≥80%;The changes of the luminescent bacteria' sensitivity were between 0.07 ~ 50.0mg·L-1, and 4 species of algae'sensitivities to the same reagents were 0.01~7.0mg·L-1.According to the sensitive algae'definitions and above results, Fragilaria brevistriata, Selenastrum capricornutum, Euglena gracilis, and Anabaena flos-aquae were the sensitive algae of the heavy metals, the toxic organic materials, the herbicides and insecticides, and the bactericides, respectively." @default.
