The value of K of Marshall and excess money indica tes that there is no problem of excess liquidity in America for nearly half a century. The process of economic growth along with cyclical fluctuations (e.g. prosperity and recession) is the inner regulation of economic development. The cyclical features of economic growth determine the cyclical changes in money supply,and the small deviation of money supply and economic growth in America is the result of the counter cyclical macro-control by the American Monetary Authority,so money supply is the endogenous factor of economic growth. The empirical analysis of the Granger Theorem shows that economic growth is the Granger reason of money supply while the Granger of money supply can't be the reason of economic growth." @default.
