- W2364391760 abstract "[Objective] The study was to provide the basis for establishing superovulation technique with stable and high efficiency for transgenic mice with green fluorescent protein.[Method] 30 transgenic mices with green fluorescent protein at 5～8 weeks old were randomly divided into 3 groups,the intraperitoneal injection was made on them with PMSG at 5,7.5 and 10 IU resp.,and then after 48 h,the intraperitoneal injection was made on them with HCG at 7.5 IU,and the effects of different doses of PMSG on superovulation effect of transgenic mice with green fluorescent protein were compared.[Result] The embryonic number of treatment group with PMSG at 7.5 IU was higher than that of the treatment groups with PMSG at 5 and 10 IU,and their difference was significant(P0.05).The rate of seeing vaginal plug of mice in treatment groups with PMSG at 5,7.5 and 10 IU were 70%,80% and 90% resp.,but the differences among treatments were not significant(P0.05).With the increasing of PMSG dose,the uterus peremia degree and ovarian volume of the mice were increased gradually.[Conclusion] In the superovulation technique for transgenic mice with green fluorescent protein,the optimum dose of PM optimum dose SG was 7.5 IU." @default.
