- W2364453043 abstract "The immunological activity of some insulin analogues with the B-chainshortened at the N_- and C-terminals has been studied.The results show that theimmunological activity of deshexapeptide (B_(25～30))insulin(DHI)was similar to thatof despentapeptide(B_(26～30)) insulin(DPI),i.e.about 70% when,compared tonative porcine insulin.However,the immunological activity of desB_1(Phe)-DPI anddesheptapeptide (B_(24～30)) insulin (DHPI) were 8% and 5% respectively whencompared to native insulin.These results indicate that the B_1-Phe and B_(24)-Pheresidues are very important for the immunoactivity of the insulin molecule.Theimmunological activity of desnonapeptide(B_(22～30)) insulin (DNI) was found to besimilar to that of DHPI and desoctapeptide(B_(23～30)) insulin(DOI)." @default.
